PitMove is a mobile application that allows users to view and compare fuel prices and EV charging stations nearby. The service is provided free of charge with paid premium features.

The user agrees to use the application in compliance with the law and these terms. The following are prohibited:

• •Distribution of harmful or illegal content
• •Automated data collection (scraping)
• •Any activity that impairs the operation of the service

Premium features are available via in-app purchases handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are subject to change. Refunds are governed by the policies of the respective stores.

All content, design, code and trademarks present in the application are the exclusive property of PitMove. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

PitMove does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the prices displayed, as they depend on data provided by third parties. PitMove is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the application.

PitMove reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the application in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund.

PitMove reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the application after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has jurisdiction over any disputes.
